Dear Team—
I understand you all just completed your gathering - I hope you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the positive developments. Last time I shared you all a update, I mentioned the following: “I believe in this group. You all are some of the most driven and innovative creators we have had the pleasure to partner with - and we’re excited for that collaboration to persist.”
With your dedication and flexibility, particularly over the last year, you continue to prove that.
The community feedback from last autumn’s Project ETHOS testing phase was enlightening. It affirmed the potential of a action-packed game but made clear we still had refinements needed. It revealed the necessity for a sharper identity.
The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve come. You accepted the feedback to heart and overhauled the title with a revitalized goal - one that’s ready to deliver on its promise to our fans.
The belief in this project grows every day. To advance the remarkable development you’ve made, It is a pleasure to announce the new hire as the latest Director of the team. After several months of discussions, Ben officially joins us on Monday, October 20.
Ben’s management and experience in the PVP shooter genre is vast, having spent the recent years creating and leading some of the most well-known franchises in the industry, such as the acclaimed shooter, and most recently, Apex Legends.
I invite you all in greeting Ben next week. We are all looking forward to keep witnessing the evolution of Project ETHOS in the time to follow.
The President

Title Details and Vision
The upcoming game was announced in last year in conjunction with a community playtest. Then, the developers portrayed the title as a "no-cost, 3rd-person action-packed experience and an exciting step forward on the genre."
"Create your ideal gameplay session—or face defeat—in this engaging over-the-shoulder adventure! Customize your character in live gameplay to suit your personal playstyle," the game's pitch states. "Take on the rivals with fresh skills, risks, and obstacles that shift every round. Will you safely extract with your hard-earned loot? Alternatively go big, put it on the line, and pray your team can secure victory? The option is in your hands."
The game has not yet received an announced release date or consoles, but fans can anticipate further news as creation progresses.
